The Hyundai Creta has received a mid-life update in India with improvements in design, technology, and powertrain. Following the Creta update, Hyundai has now started preparing for the launch of the sportier N Line variant scheduled to take place in March.
Compared to the standard Hyundai Creta, the N Line variant has a much sportier exterior. Not stopping there, the chassis has been slightly tuned for a sportier feel and engine options have been limited to the highest trim.
Starting with the design, the 2024 Hyundai Creta N Line features a significantly different front end compared to the regular Creta. The honeycomb mesh grille at the center of this area is more slender and directly integrates with the lower front light cluster. The Hyundai logo seems to have been downsized and lowered from its usual position.
The lower aluminum protective plate has been enlarged, and a red decorative strip appears around the lower front spoiler and extends to the sides.
Other exterior changes in the 2024 Hyundai Creta N Line include an extended red-accented rear bumper, new 18-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers, dual exhaust pipes, exclusive Thunder Blue paint, and scattered N Line badges on the exterior of the car.
Hyundai has not disclosed the interior of the Creta N Line, but it is highly likely that the regular pedal set will be replaced with an aluminum version. The red-colored decorative details along with the already present premium equipment are the remaining upgrades.
While the Creta offers 3 engine options, the 2024 N Line variant only comes with the highest option among them. A 1.5L turbocharged gasoline engine producing 158 horsepower, 253 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The slightly improved chassis with stiffer suspension and sharper steering will change the driving experience behind the wheel.
The 2024 Hyundai Creta N Line is now available for pre-order and will be launched on March 11. The car’s price is expected to be higher than the current highest trim level of the regular Creta starting at $24,310 (600 million VND).
