On March 06, 2024, GSM announced the launch of Xanh SM Platform, a dedicated business-sharing platform for VinFast electric cars.
This platform, developed by GSM, aims to connect VinFast car owners who want to provide transportation services with customers. It is also a strategic turning point, as it transforms GSM from a transportation company into the first pure electric multidisciplinary service platform provider in Vietnam within just one year of establishment.
Starting from March 20, 2024, VinFast electric car owners nationwide can register to become business partners for Xanh SM, including areas where Xanh SM is not directly present.
After successful registration, driver partners will be trained in skills, professional practices, and service standards of Xanh SM to ensure consistent “5-star” service quality between Xanh SM Taxi and Xanh SM Platform.
In addition to immediate access to GSM’s millions of customers, VinFast electric car owners also enjoy revenue sharing mechanisms if they participate in 2024, with revenue share rates of up to 80%.
Through Xanh SM Platform, customers can easily book rides as the fleet expands rapidly and covers all provinces with consistent standardized Xanh SM quality service.
GSM also announced the global expansion plan to 9 target markets by 2025, while preparing for the integration of Xanh SM applications in all markets into a single application for global use.
In November 2023, GSM expanded to its first international market in Laos and received enthusiastic support from users. Indonesia and the Philippines will be the next markets in the company’s international expansion strategy targeting 9 markets by 2025.
