According to the specifications announced by Xiaomi, the Xiaomi SU7 has a length of 4997mm and a wheelbase of 3000mm. However, some photos taken by attendees show that the rear seat space of the car seems quite cramped. To address this question, Mr. Lu Weibing personally posted a video on the Weibo social network to clarify the matter.

Mr. Lu Weibing explained that in this photo, because the front seat was adjusted to the final position, it led to a misunderstanding about the interior space of the car. He filmed a short video to provide more details about the space inside the SU7.

In the video, it can be observed that when the front seat is adjusted to the normal position, the rear seat space of the Xiaomi SU7 is not cramped at all, with legroom of more than a fist’s length. It is known that Mr. Lu Weibing is 1.78m tall.

The Xiaomi SU7 will be officially launched and sold in the market on March 28. According to information from Xiaomi Automobile’s official Weibo page, the cars will be delivered immediately after the launch. A few days ago, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun confirmed that orders for the SU7 are still increasing and have already exceeded 100,000, showing a strong demand for Xiaomi’s first electric car.

Currently, the official price of the Xiaomi SU7 has not been announced, and users will have to wait until March 28 for it to be revealed. However, some rumors suggest that Xiaomi is targeting the mid-range and high-end market segments with the SU7, with prices ranging from 250,000 to 370,000 Chinese yuan (approximately 858 million to 1.27 billion Vietnamese dong).

The Xiaomi SU7 will include two versions. The single-motor version has a power output of 299 horsepower, while the dual-motor version has a power output of 673 horsepower and a range of operation from 668 to 800 kilometers.
