On March 18, the Board of Directors of the Vincom Retail Corporation has made a decision regarding the dismissal and appointment of the company’s CEO.
Accordingly, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa has been appointed as the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Vincom Retail Corporation Board of Directors for the 2024 – 2028 term, starting from March 18.
Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, who previously held the position of CEO of Vincom Retail, has been appointed as the Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing.

Previously, in October 2023, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, from the position of Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing, replaced Ms. Tran Mai Hoa as the CEO of Vincom Retail. Since then, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa has been a member of the Board of Directors with a role in shaping the strategic direction of Vincom Retail.
Thus, the swapping of positions between these two “female generals” took place within just six months.
According to research, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Economics University and a degree in English from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.

Ms. Tran Mai Hoa officially took on the role of CEO of Vincom Retail in April 2016. Prior to that, she was the Deputy General Director of Vincom Retail.
Before joining Vincom Retail, she held the position of Finance Director at Gami Corporation and held various leadership positions at An Du Communication and Payment Data Joint Stock Company (Authorized Distributor of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam).
