On March 19, Mr. Vương Quốc Tuấn – Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Bắc Ninh Province – had a working session at Victory Giant Technology Group.

Provincial leaders visited Victory Giant Technology Group’s plant in China.
Currently, Victory Giant Technology Group has decided to invest in a factory in VSIP Bac Ninh 2 Industrial Park (Bac Ninh Province) with an area of 10 hectares for research, development, production, and trading of high-precision circuit boards with an investment capital of over $800 million. The group will implement the project immediately after acquiring the land and start production and business activities in mid-2025. Therefore, the group hopes that Bac Ninh Province will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for business investment and production development in the area.
During the working session, Mr. Tuấn witnessed the signing ceremony of land lease between Victory Giant Technology Group and VSIP Bac Ninh Infrastructure Company.
According to the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Bac Ninh Nguyen Anh Tuấn, Victory Giant Technology Group is a large and reputable Chinese company with advanced technology and specialized in the production of electronic components and semiconductors.
Mr. Tuấn expressed his hope that Victory Giant Technology Group will soon implement the project in Bac Ninh Province according to the plan, contributing to making Bac Ninh a leading locality in the development of the electronic industry in Vietnam. Bac Ninh Province will always be a companion to the group in implementing the next steps and create the most favorable conditions for the project to start operation as soon as possible.
