“TTC Van Phong Bay Resort will be the 4th 5-star hotel in TTC Hospitality’s chain and we are also in the process of upgrading other 4-star hotels such as TTC Hotel – Phan Thiet and TTC Hotel – Ngoc Lan. Upgrading the star rating of these tourist accommodations will not only lead to a shift to a higher segment, but also more importantly, the approach to 5-star standards will contribute to enhancing the experience for customers and creating value for investors and partners”, Ms. Phan Thi Hong Van added.

In recent years, the goal of sustainable development has become not only a trend but a mandatory task for businesses in all sectors. Recognizing the importance of this issue, TTC Hospitality plans for 2024 to be the first milestone in its “Green Revolution”. Starting with ensuring that new projects comply with IFC standards (for example, the TTC Van Phong Bay Resort project has achieved a score of 90% by an independent assessment unit), to the practical activities at business units such as switching to environmentally friendly materials, reducing the amount of plastic waste by 50% across the system in the next 2 years, and the plan to plant 200,000 trees in 2024… These are all in line with the Board of Directors’ orientation of prioritizing ESG (Environment – Social – Governance) factors in management, business and operations.

TTC Van Phong Bay Resort is located next to the beautiful Doc Let beach and the green areas have become a focal point for attracting visitors.

In addition, in 2024, TTC Hospitality will also focus on restructuring and using capital effectively, as well as developing new business strategies that are in line with market trends such as focusing on tapping into the inbound markets of South Korea, Australia, Southeast Asia…

It is forecasted that in 2024, the world economic and political situation will still be very volatile and will have significant impacts on the global economy, especially the tourism industry. Furthermore, the increasingly high and diverse demand for tourism products and services from visitors will also be a major challenge for the tourism industry this year. However, with the foundation prepared in 2023, TTC Hospitality has contributed to creating a strong momentum so that in 2024, it is ready to act and always strive to create attractiveness through new and unique products and improved services. All of these will contribute to bringing value to both customers and investors.
