Recently, Vietnam’s Lottery Company (Vietlott) awarded the Jackpot 2 prize of the Power 6/55 product to a lucky player from South Korea.
Accordingly, on April 23, 2024, Vietlott Hai Phong Branch awarded the Jackpot 2 prize of the Power 6/55 product worth 3,334,125,350 VND to the lucky customer, Mr. B.S.M. The winning ticket was sold at 290 Ngoc Han Cong Chua, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City.
Sharing about the prize, Mr. B.S.M said that he is a regular customer of the abovementioned point of sale and often buys tickets at the store while enjoying Korean hot pot and barbecue.
At the award ceremony, Mr. B.S.M donated 10 gifts to the disadvantaged in Kim Chan Ward, Bac Ninh City.
According to regulations, Mr. M. is obligated to pay 10% personal income tax and is deducted immediately upon receiving the prize. Thus, this person will pay back 333,412,535 VND and receive about 3 billion VND.
Previously, Vietlott announced that on April 13, 2024, the Power 6/55 QSMT product had a customer winning the Jackpot 2 prize worth 3,334,125,350 VND.
The lucky lottery ticket had the first 5 pairs of numbers 29 – 36 – 37 – 38 – 40 – 42 and the golden number to win the Jackpot 2 prize was 46.
According to statistics, the probability of winning Jackpot 1 is up to 1 in 28.9 million customers, while Jackpot 2 is 1 in 4.8 million customers. Thus, the probability of winning Jackpot 2 is 6 times higher than Jackpot 1.
Since the launch of the Power 6/55 lottery type (August 2017) to date, the Jackpot 2 prize with the highest value is over 70 billion VND, found in draw 95 and has been awarded to a customer from Can Tho.
