The job fair creates conditions for laborers (NLĐ) in the district and neighboring districts to access job opportunities, training programs, and loan policies from businesses, vocational training institutions, and policy banks. Thereby, NLĐ can find jobs that are suitable for their abilities as well as orienting themselves to improve their qualifications, skills, and understanding of loan policies that support NLĐ. For businesses, through the job fair, they can find candidates that match the unit’s recruitment position, contributing to reducing the unemployment rate in the city.
