Since the middle of January 2024, Ha An Investment has officially handed over land-use right certificates to customers who own products at Gem Sky World. This provides legal proof of ownership for the residents and ensures a smooth process for customers when it comes to transactions and transfers of assets.

According to Ha An Investment’s representatives, nearly 900 land-use right certificates have been handed over to customers in several batches so far. The investor is currently in the process of completing the name transfer for customers who have signed the transfer contract and provided complete personal dossiers. The plan is to hand over approximately 500 more certificates from now until the end of the year, bringing the total number of certificates handed over in 2024 to about 1,400.

At the same time, Ha An has delivered more than 1,500 land plots to customers. Starting in Q3 2024, the investor will begin handing over houses to customers, with plans to deliver over 120 units this year.

Located in Long Duc, Long Thanh, Dong Nai, just a 5-minute drive from the Long Thanh International Airport, Gem Sky World is a commercial and entertainment urban area (a planned residential area of 92.2 hectares).
