On July 14, TTC AgriS – the stock code: SBT) announced the election of Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Management, replacing Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc. Notably, Ms. Uc My is the daughter of Ms. Ngoc.
The former Chairwoman of TTC AgriS, Ms. Ngoc, will assume the role of Senior Advisor to the Board. With over 40 years of dedication to the agricultural industry, Ms. Ngoc has significantly contributed to making TTC AgriS a leading agricultural company in Vietnam. Therefore, the Board expects that, with her knowledge and practical experience, Ms. Ngoc will provide valuable counsel and strategic advice to the company.
Meanwhile, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My has been a key leader in TTC AgriS’s transformation and breakthrough in the race for digital transformation, becoming a high-tech agricultural enterprise.

Prior to her appointment as Chairwoman, Ms. Uc My served as Vice Chairwoman of TTC AgriS. She played a crucial role in formulating the company’s strategy and transforming its traditional agriculture business model into a smart agriculture enterprise.
Currently, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My holds over 144.97 million shares, equivalent to a 19.02% stake in TTC AgriS.
Following the appointment of the new Chairwoman, the Board of Management of TTC AgriS comprises prominent members: Prof. Dr. Vo Tong Xuan, Dr. Tran Tan Viet, former head of the Faculty of Agronomy at Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry; Ms. Vo Thuy Anh, an international finance and business expert; Mr. Tran Trong Gia Vinh, a master’s degree holder in economics; and Mr. Dao Duy Thi, a finance specialist.
For the 2023-2024 fiscal year (from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024), TTC AgriS expects a slight decrease in its total sugar sales volume while maintaining market share in various business segments. The company has set a consolidated net revenue target of VND 20,622 billion, a 17% decrease from the previous period. However, they anticipate an 18% increase in pre-tax profit, reaching VND 850 billion.
In the fiscal year 2022-2023, TTC AgriS achieved a 35% increase in net revenue, reaching VND 24,743 billion compared to the previous year. However, its pre-tax profit decreased by 31% to VND 719 billion, attaining over 83% of the profit plan for the entire fiscal year.
According to Vietnam Report’s 2023 rankings, TTC AgriS is Vietnam’s largest enterprise in the field of sugar production, processing, and business. The second position is held by Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company.
