Vietnam Industrial Park Group inaugurates Phase 2 of its ready-built warehouse project in DEEP C Industrial Zone, Hai Phong.

Vietnam Industrial Park Group has commenced the construction of Phase 2 of its ready-built warehouse project in the DEEP C Industrial Zone in Hai Phong. With an expected completion date in the first quarter of 2025, this phase will add over 80,000 square meters of mixed-use and high-quality warehouses, bringing the total leasable area of the project to more than 150,000 square meters.

Spanning 23.2 hectares and strategically located in Hai Phong, the DEEP C Industrial Park is envisioned to meet the demands of businesses for warehouse rental and usage while contributing to the city’s continued attraction of multi-sectoral FDI, with logistics as a key driver.

Notably, the DEEP C – Hai Phong (Phase 2) project adopts green building standards and aims to achieve LEED Silver certification. Earlier, the Vietnam Industrial Park Group announced its commitment to developing green buildings and obtaining sustainability certifications for future construction projects.

By adhering to LEED standards and green building guidelines, tenant businesses can benefit from enhanced energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption by up to 25% and water usage by 10%, optimizing operational costs, and creating a healthier working environment. The warehouse system is designed to meet high construction standards, fire protection requirements (Class C), and optimized technical criteria for various industrial and logistics sectors, including ceiling height, floor load capacity, and cargo-handling features.
