Noble proudly presents six grand projects, including Noble Crystal Tay Ho (the world’s first Branded Residences project managed by WorldHotels Luxury, the most prestigious brand of BWH Hotels Group) and five other remarkable developments: Noble Palace Tay Ho, Noble Crystal Long Bien, Noble Palace Long Bien, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, and Noble Empire. Going beyond a conventional property launch event, Noble treated the audience to a true live concert, meticulously crafted to perfection.

Transcendence of Technology and Emotion

From the very first moment, the Grand Ballroom lobby of the Melia Hotel in Hanoi greeted guests with an elegant space featuring semi-realistic settings that subtly showcased Noble’s exclusive real estate collection: from cascading waterfalls, artificial turquoise lakes, white sandy beaches alongside the buildings, to infinity pools, and the unique “life on top” sky facilities.

Stepping into the over 1,000m2 auditorium, guests were thrilled and awe-struck by the grand stage adorned with a nearly 50-meter-long panorama LED screen, setting a new record for events held at the 5-star Melia Hanoi Hotel.

Integrating modern performance technologies such as 3D effects, interactive graphic choreography, laser engraving, and Digital Water Curtain technology, the program kept the audience captivated with one surprise after another, showcasing the intricate stage design.

Together, these elements created majestic scenes that metaphorically portrayed a luxurious feast for the senses and breathtaking living spaces of a prosperous life.

In this mesmerizing atmosphere, the audience was once again captivated as classic melodies were emotionally delivered by renowned veteran artists: divas Hong Nhung and Minh Tuyet, singer Bang Kieu, along with skillful dancers.

Awakening the Senses

Following the impressive performances, each of Noble’s projects was elegantly introduced, staying true to the brand’s spirit of luxury real estate.

These projects include shophouses and villas (Noble Palace Long Bien, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, and Noble Palace Tay Ho) featuring European classic designs that draw inspiration from the masterpieces of renowned artists such as Van Gogh, Claude Monet, and Rafael.

The villas of Noble Palace Long Bien made a striking appearance during Bang Kieu’s performance of “Chuyen Tinh Yeu” (“Love Story”), set against a romantic backdrop inspired by Van Gogh’s masterpiece, “Starry Night.”

Noble Crystal Long Bien was showcased in the nostalgic hues of “Missing Hanoi’s Autumn,” with diva Hong Nhung’s captivating voice and the stage adorned in mystical, glamorous colors.

Diva Hong Nhung also performed “La Vie en Rose,” embodying the classic sophistication of Noble Palace Tay Ho through her graceful vocals, reflecting the aristocratic essence of the Villas and Shop Villas in this project.

Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, represented by the famous Flamenco dances from Barcelona and the free-spirited moves of the dancers, showcased itself as a diverse urban complex of commerce, services, resorts, and entertainment, embodying the characteristics of four renowned European cities: Paris, London, Milan, and Barcelona.

The stage burst into vibrant colors as Noble Empire (Hanoi’s largest multifunctional complex) was introduced to the lively tunes of Electroswing jazz mix, accompanied by dazzling lighting effects that energized the entire auditorium.

Above all, Noble Crystal Tay Ho stands out as the world’s first Branded Residences project managed by WorldHotels Luxury, the most prestigious brand of the internationally renowned BWH Hotels Group.

The limited-edition Sky Villas, the first to bear the Noble brand, transported the audience to an enchanting atmosphere, where they could envision themselves soaking in the infinite cloud-touching pool, sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar, and relishing the million-dollar panoramic view of the city from the sky garden.

The Maestro of Life event also showcased a live symphony orchestra on stage, featuring a grand piano and the masterful conducting of Luu Quang Minh, accompanied by the talented musicians of Maius Phiharmonic.

The closing act featured a unique combination of Western symphony and Vietnamese folk erhu, performing Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, “Ode to Joy,” conducted by Luu Quang Minh, with NSND The Dan on the erhu, leaving a lasting impression on the audience about the fusion and refinement of cultural essences to achieve timeless values, reflecting Noble’s project development philosophy.

With the real estate market showing positive signs, Noble is confident in ushering in a new era of branded residences that meet global five-star living standards, catering to the refined tastes and discerning eyes of the elite while also addressing the capital’s demand for high-quality housing supply.
