The Haiphong Department of Construction has just announced the sales prices for eligible social housing projects.
Accordingly, the lowest price recorded was VND 14.125 million/m2 for the Hoang Huy New City project, while the highest price was VND 19.5 million/m2 for a project in the city’s central district.
Here are some eligible social housing projects that have been approved for sale and that buyers can refer to:
384 Le Thanh Tong Social Housing Area, Ngo Quyen District: This project is highly appreciated with a selling price of about VND 18.857 million/m2, providing a total of 1,294 apartments. Currently, the project has topped off 01 CT1 building and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, and is constructing the CT3 building (457 apartments) up to the 23rd floor. This is an attractive choice for those who wish to own an apartment in the inner city area with full amenities.
Trang Due Commercial, Service and Worker Housing Area project in Trang Due Industrial Park, developed by Saigon – Haiphong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. This project is attracting interest with a selling price of about VND 16.090 million/m2 and a scale of 2,538 apartments. The project has topped off CT1 building (296 apartments), is constructing up to the 9th floor of CT5 building (236 apartments), and up to the 7th floor of CT6 building (236 apartments).
