The Haiphong Department of Construction has just announced the sales prices for eligible social housing projects.

Accordingly, the lowest price recorded was VND 14.125 million/m2 for the Hoang Huy New City project, while the highest price was VND 19.5 million/m2 for a project in the city’s central district.

Here are some eligible social housing projects that have been approved for sale and that buyers can refer to:

384 Le Thanh Tong Social Housing Area, Ngo Quyen District: This project is highly appreciated with a selling price of about VND 18.857 million/m2, providing a total of 1,294 apartments. Currently, the project has topped off 01 CT1 building and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, and is constructing the CT3 building (457 apartments) up to the 23rd floor. This is an attractive choice for those who wish to own an apartment in the inner city area with full amenities.

Trang Due Commercial, Service and Worker Housing Area project in Trang Due Industrial Park, developed by Saigon – Haiphong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. This project is attracting interest with a selling price of about VND 16.090 million/m2 and a scale of 2,538 apartments. The project has topped off CT1 building (296 apartments), is constructing up to the 9th floor of CT5 building (236 apartments), and up to the 7th floor of CT6 building (236 apartments). This is an ideal project for workers and employees in the area, with accompanying services ensuring a convenient life.

Social housing in the new urban area of Hoang Huy New City in Thuy Nguyen District, with a scale of 149 apartments. Selling price: 14,125,000 VND (per m2); The project has been topped off and is being completed.

Social housing at Total Warehouse 3 Lac Vien (142 Le Lai), Ngo Quyen District, invested by Thai Holding Joint Stock Company with a scale of 4,448 apartments. Expected selling price: 17,600,000 VND (per m2). This social housing project combines the renovation of old apartments and prioritizes selling to local residents living in old apartments in the city according to Resolution No. 04/NQ-HĐND dated April 12, 2022, of the City People’s Council and Scheme No. 05/ĐA-UBND dated April 8, 2022, of the City People’s Committee. Currently, there are 6 buildings under construction, 04 buildings under construction. It is expected to be completed in 2025.

Quang Vinh Tower, a social housing project at 39 Luong Khanh Thien, Ngo Quyen District, with a scale of 216 apartments. Expected selling price: 19,500,000 VND (per m2). Currently, the project has been topped off and is being completed.
