The multi-functional park will be located in Ngoc Kieu Village, near the Hanoi University of Industry (Campus 2), and surrounded by three major urban areas: Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong, Avenue Garden, and Lideco.

One of the most striking features of this park is its vast size, spanning over 103 hectares (1.03 square kilometers). To put it into perspective, this park is five times the size of Hoa Binh Park and twice as big as Thong Nhat Park.

The park is situated along Cau Khoat Street and is in close proximity to Tan Lap B Primary School.

The land earmarked for the park is currently mostly agricultural, with a small number of households residing in the area.

Not only is the park surrounded by several urban areas, but the master plan also shows four major roads being constructed around it, as indicated by the white lines in the image: Ring Road 3.5, Tay Thang Long Road, a road labeled N08, and a road parallel to National Highway 32.

According to our research, the section of Ring Road 3.5 passing through the park is part of the Upper Cat – National Highway 32 project, with a length of 3.5 km and an investment of VND 1,500 billion from the city’s budget. The project is scheduled for completion between 2023 and 2026.

Regarding Tay Thang Long Road, the section near the multi-functional park is part of the Tay Thang Long Road project from Ring Road 3.5 to Dan Hoài Canal, with a length of about 6 km and an investment of VND 1,300 billion from the city’s budget. Similar to Ring Road 3.5, this section of Tay Thang Long Road has not yet been constructed.

The remaining two roads, labeled N08 and the one parallel to National Highway 32, are designed with relatively wide cross-sections, providing convenient access to the multi-functional park for local residents.

So far, there hasn’t been much information released about the construction of this multi-functional park. The area around Tan Lap, Dan Phuong currently lacks parks and recreational spaces for physical activities for the local community.

Meanwhile, the population in the area is growing, especially with the presence of three large urban areas nearby: Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong, Avenue Garden, and Lideco. Therefore, the development of a multi-functional park is essential to cater to the recreational and leisure needs of the increasing population in the future.
The Masterplan: Unveiling the Expansive Park Precinct
A vision unfolds with a park expanse surpassing Thống Nhất and Thủ Lệ combined, strategically positioned along two luxurious billion-dollar roads, and neighboring an array of grand-scale projects in Đan Phượng.
The master plan reveals a vibrant, multi-functional park destined to become a landmark in Tan Hoi, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi. Spanning an impressive 83 hectares, this park will be a green oasis, four times the size of Hoa Binh Park, conveniently located along the Tay Thang Long and Vanh Dai 4 routes.
