The Hyundai Stargazer is a versatile MPV with the lowest price in its class.
On April 17, Hyundai Thanh Cong launched the 2024 Stargazer, introducing a new SUV-inspired version called the Stargazer X.
In Vietnam, the 2024 Hyundai Stargazer is available in three trim levels, all imported from Indonesia. The starting price is an attractive VND 489 million, with the top-of-the-line model priced at VND 599 million.
After the initial version failed to meet sales expectations, Hyundai Thanh Cong is positioning the 2024 Stargazer as a budget-friendly option for business service customers, with a focus on affordability.
The standard Stargazer model retains basic features such as halogen headlights, fabric steering wheel and seats, and manual air conditioning. It does not include an infotainment system, and safety features are limited to rear parking sensors, electronic brake force distribution, and ABS.
The X trim level adds advanced safety technologies as part of the ADAS package, including forward collision warning, front and rear collision avoidance assist, blind-spot collision avoidance assist, lane keeping assist, and cruise control.
All 2024 Hyundai Stargazer models are powered by the same 1.5-liter engine as the previous generation, producing 115 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and 144 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a CVT transmission.
With the introduction of the Stargazer X and its competitive pricing, Hyundai Thanh Cong aims to boost the sales performance of this imported MPV.
