In the latest land auction held on August 27, 33 residential land lots in Thuong Tung village, Lao Ho commune, attracted a large number of customers, and all lots were sold. The total winning price for the land lots exceeded VND 104 billion, an increase of over VND 40 billion compared to the starting price.
Previously, on August 17, the auction of 72 residential land lots in Huong neighborhood, Tan An town, Yen Dung district, also attracted a large number of customers, with the highest number of registrations among the district’s auctions since the beginning of the year. The event saw the participation of 339 customers with nearly 1,000 registration dossiers.
Each lot had an area ranging from 96 to 186 square meters, and the total winning price for all the land lots was over VND 181 billion, an increase of more than VND 66.6 billion compared to the starting price. The lot with the highest winning bid exceeded VND 5 billion, a difference of VND 2.3 billion from the starting price. The lowest winning bid was VND 2 billion, VND 665 million higher than the starting price.
According to statistics, from the end of 2023 up to now, Yen Dung district has successfully auctioned over 300 residential land lots. The total revenue from land use reached nearly VND 1,000 billion, almost double the plan and the highest ever.
The auctioned land lots are conveniently located in terms of transportation and have benefited from substantial infrastructure investments. Many customers expect that with the merger of Yen Dung district and Bac Giang city, land prices will continue to rise. Therefore, most of the land auctions have seen a high number of customers and an increase in registration dossiers.
