This golf course project is located on a 183.55-hectare site in Xuan Phu and Tho Xuong communes, Sao Vang town, within the Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area. It is conveniently accessible, situated near National Highway 47, just 0.5 km from the Ho Chi Minh Road, 5 km from Tho Xuan Airport, 40 km from Thanh Hoa city, and 65 km from Nghi Son deep-water port.Â
In terms of technical infrastructure, the area already benefits from existing road networks, including the under-construction Road No. 7, which will ensure smooth transportation around the golf course. Other essential utilities such as electricity, water, and telecommunication services are also readily available, and the gently sloping terrain and picturesque landscape make it ideal for a golf course development.
