The Ministry of Finance and Industry has announced a reduction in gasoline and oil prices effective from 3:00 PM on September 12th.
Specifically, E5 RON 92 gasoline will decrease by VND 1,080 per liter to VND 18,890 per liter, while RON 95 gasoline will be lowered by VND 1,190 per liter, resulting in a new price of VND 19,630 per liter. This marks the 19th decrease and 17th increase in gasoline prices since the beginning of the year.
Similarly, the price of diesel oil has been reduced by VND 930 per liter, now standing at VND 17,160 per liter.
For this adjustment, the Ministries of Industry and Finance have decided not to use the Price Stabilization Fund for gasoline and oil products.
In the previous adjustment on September 5th, E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND 360 per liter to VND 19,970 per liter. RON 95 gasoline also saw a reduction of VND 280 per liter, resulting in a new price of VND 20,820 per liter. Additionally, diesel oil prices were lowered by VND 380 per liter, reaching VND 18,090 per liter.

As of July 4th, at 3 pm, gasoline prices have increased with E5 RON 92 rising by VND 450 per liter and RON 95 climbing by VND 540 per liter.
