On the evening of September 15, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh participated in a live television program called “Vietnam’s Reliance” produced by Vietnam Television. During the program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegates observed a moment of silence to honor the victims of the recent floods and natural disasters.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also shared with the people and comrades about the “six pillars of Vietnam.”
First, the pillar of great national unity, encompassing unity within the Party, the people, the nation, and internationally. As Ho Chi Minh once said, “Unity is strength; unity brings success.”
Second, we have the glorious leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which has dedicated nearly 95 years to the sole purpose of bringing independence and freedom to the nation and a prosperous life to its people.
Third, our history and culture serve as a pillar. Our nation’s heroic, civilized, and cultural traditions, along with the spirit of mutual affection and support, are values that have been cherished throughout our history.
Fifth, our people are our strength. History has proven that the people are the makers of history, and their power is the source of our nation’s strength.
Fifth, our military and police forces. In times of need and difficulty, we can rely on our military and police, who are always ready to serve and protect the people.
Sixth, the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement that runs deep in our nation’s character. When faced with challenges and pressure, we strive to rise above and push the boundaries of what we thought was possible.
With these six pillars of Vietnam, the Prime Minister called on the people and comrades to redouble their efforts and work tirelessly to overcome the aftermath of Super Storm No. 3 in 26 northern provinces. Let us contribute to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam, ensuring a happier and more prosperous life for our people.
