According to a video circulating on Facebook, a woman is seen shouting, “Get out of my way,” before violently striking another woman, causing the victim to cry out and collapse.

The video also shows a chaotic and disorderly scene taking place within the premises of the People’s Committee of Cat Tien town. Further investigation revealed that the incident occurred during a land auction on September 16 at the People’s Committee of Cat Tien town.

Leaders of Phu Cat District People’s Committee shared that the auction was held to sell 58 land lots in the residential area east of Ong Sung stream (Cat Tien town), with Phu Cat District People’s Committee as the investor. The auction lasted from the afternoon until 9:30 pm, and the organizer was Dong Duong Partnership Auction Company.

“This scuffle occurred between bidders outside the auction premises. Local authorities have instructed the police to handle the matter,” said the leader of Phu Cat District People’s Committee.

Recently, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has issued a directive to rectify land-use auctions in the area. This includes controlling bidders to prevent soliciting, collusion, and disruption of order, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations during auctions.
