The Wuling Bingo SUV is the newest addition to SAIC-GM-Wuling’s Bingo lineup. Previously, the company introduced the two-door Bingo hatchback and the four-door Bingo Plus models. The Bingo SUV is positioned as an upgraded version of the Bingo Plus, featuring notable enhancements.

Built on the Tianyu M platform designed for electric vehicles, the Wuling Bingo SUV boasts a distinctive Bingo design language with oval-shaped headlights, a minimalist front bumper, and an overall elegant silhouette. Its 15-inch wheels are said to reduce drag by 13%, resulting in an increased range of up to 20 kilometers.

With dimensions of 4,090 x 1,720 x 1,575 millimeters and a wheelbase of 2,610 millimeters, the Bingo SUV is well-suited for urban commuting. It surpasses the Toyota Raize (measuring 4,030 x 1,710 x 1,605 millimeters with a 2,525-millimeter wheelbase) in terms of length, width, and wheelbase but falls short in height.

There are two interior color options and 23 storage spaces throughout the vehicle. The rear seats offer a 6:4 split-folding function, and when folded down, the luggage capacity expands to 1,450 liters. Image source: Wuling

Beyond its compact exterior, the Bingo SUV impresses with a spacious interior that accommodates 23 storage areas. The second-row seats provide an impressive 882 millimeters of legroom and can be folded down to increase cargo capacity to a substantial 1,450 liters.

However, the vehicle lacks a front trunk, a center armrest, and a center headrest for the rear seats. Similar to the standard and Plus variants, the Bingo SUV’s interior is a significant upgrade from the Mini EV, featuring two displays—a 7-inch screen behind the steering wheel and a 10.25-inch central touchscreen, power-adjustable driver’s seat, automatic climate control, push-button start, electronic parking brake, and four airbags.

Depending on the variant, the range is stated to be 330, 401, or 510 kilometers. Image source: Wuling

Under the hood, the Wuling Bingo SUV is equipped with a single electric motor mounted on the front axle, delivering a maximum output of 100 horsepower and 180 Nm of torque. This setup enables the SUV to sprint from 0 to 50 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. Customers can choose from three LFP battery options: a 31.9 kWh pack offering a range of 330 kilometers, a 37.9 kWh battery with a 401-kilometer range, and a 50.6 kWh unit that delivers a remarkable 510-kilometer range. The 50.6 kWh battery can be rapidly charged to full capacity in just 30 minutes using a fast charger.

Corresponding to the three range options, the Wuling Bingo SUV is priced at 75,800 RMB, 84,800 RMB, and 95,800 RMB in China, which roughly translates to 264.5 million VND, 296 million VND, and 334.2 million VND, respectively.

Back in June 2024, TMT Motors announced on its official website that it would introduce five hatchback versions of the Wuling Bingo to the Vietnamese market, including the 203 km – LV0, 333 km – LV0 (standard), 333 km – LV1, 410 km – LV1, and 510 km Plus, along with a range of color options. At that time, the SUV variant had not yet been unveiled, and TMT Motors did not provide any information regarding this model.
