Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Natural Resources and Environment has reported on its achievements in the field of natural resources and the environment over the first ten months of 2024.
In terms of budget revenue from land, the city has collected VND 5,693 billion in land use fees since the beginning of the year, an increase of VND 1,835 billion compared to the same period last year.
Revenue from land and water rentals reached VND 4,104 billion, a rise of VND 1,642 billion from the previous year.
Regarding revenue from real estate transfers, the city collected VND 5,956 billion, an increase of VND 1,662 billion compared to 2023.

Concerning the issuance of land use right certificates, the Department has granted 5,186 certificates to organizations and individuals since the beginning of the year.
Additionally, the Department has processed registrations of land-related changes for 4,682 certificates belonging to organizations and 293,459 certificates for individuals.
As for inspections and administrative fines, as of October 2024, the Department has issued 348 decisions on administrative sanctions in the fields of land, environmental protection, and water resources management, resulting in a total budget revenue of over VND 18.5 billion.
