With 21 years of establishment and development, the founder of Ecopark has won over 50 domestic and international awards. Most recently, on November 15 in Ho Chi Minh City, the founder of Ecopark was honored by the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Property Awards (PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards), a part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, in the “Investor of the Decade” category – the most special category in the history of the awards’ 10 years in Vietnam.

According to the Organizing Committee, the title “Investor of the Decade” aims to honor outstanding and innovative investors over the past decade. The criteria for awarding the title include: the investor must have previously won at the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards, completed a minimum of five projects in the past 10 years, and have at least one new project to be launched in 2024. At the same time, the unit must go through an evaluation process by the judging panel.

This year’s awards continue to honor social responsibility, presenting titles related to ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance). This move commends investors’ efforts in designing and constructing sustainable, energy-efficient projects that positively impact society.

A representative of the founder of Ecopark shared: “The Investor of the Decade award reaffirms the credibility, quality, and value of the investor and the process of creating projects in the real estate market. It also encourages us to continue innovating and delivering quality products to serve our customers and the community.”

Ecopark Urban Area (nearly 500 hectares, 14 kilometers away from Hoan Kiem Lake) is the first project of the Founder of Ecopark. In 2015, Ecopark Urban Area surpassed more than 2,000 famous projects of many global real estate corporations and was recognized by the International Property Awards as the world’s best-designed urban landscape. To be recognized at the regional level, enterprises and projects must go through a rigorous evaluation and assessment process by a panel of 50 leading real estate experts from all over the world. This is also the first time in the 20-year history of the “Oscars” of the real estate industry that a Vietnamese metropolis has won this prestigious award.
