The Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, Tran Sy Thanh, has recently issued a decision to revoke several land-related decisions.

Specifically, the Hanoi People’s Committee has revoked Decision No. 19/2019, dated October 15, 2019, which defined the authority for approving the starting price of land-use right auctions for land allocation or lease in the city.

Along with this, Decision No. 07/2023, dated April 21, 2023, which amended Article 1 of Decision No. 19/2019, has also been revoked. This decision outlined the starting price approval process for land-use right auctions, with the Hanoi People’s Committee approving auctions for land parcels valued at VND 30 billion or more, and district-level People’s Committees approving the remaining cases.

The revocation of these decisions will take effect from December 1.
