The Board of Directors of the FLC Group has appointed Mr. Vu Anh Tuan as Chairman of the Board, effective December 5, 2024. He replaces Mr. Le Ba Nguyen, who has been relieved of his duties to take on other important responsibilities.

The FLC Board has also appointed Ms. Bui Hai Huyen as the new CEO of the FLC Group, replacing Mr. Le Tien Dung, effective December 5, 2024.

Ms. Huyen has held several important positions within the FLC Group during Mr. Trinh Van Quyet’s chairmanship. She served as Vice President of the FLC Group from 2015 and was appointed CEO in March 2020. In July 2022, she also took on the role of Vice Chairman of the Board following a leadership crisis at the Group.

In late February 2023, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from her positions as CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of FLC.

With over 20 years of experience in management, executive, and consulting roles at various large enterprises, Ms. Huyen is a seasoned professional. In her farewell letter to FLC employees, she expressed her belief that the Group needed a fresh start after the challenges it had faced.

After leaving FLC, Ms. Huyen joined the Dabaco Group as Vice President in mid-August 2023. However, she departed the leading agribusiness company after just six months, in February 2024.
