The Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Area (Vinhomes Me Tri 2) has been added to Hanoi’s list of land
reclamation projects for 2025. The project is developed by VEFAC, a subsidiary of the Vingroup
conglomerate.

With a scale of 75 hectares, the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Area is located at the intersection of
Thang Long Boulevard and Le Quang Dao Street, about 1 km from Vinhomes Green Bay and 3 km from
Vinhomes Smart City.

In recent years, real estate along Thang Long Boulevard has been booming with numerous projects. Thus, a
large plot of land, just 3 km from the National Convention Center, has become a rare find.

Located right next to Thang Long Boulevard and the newly opened Le Quang Dao Street, the Nam Dai Lo
Thang Long Urban Area benefits greatly from the improving transportation system. It opens up a
gateway for quick connections to the center of Hanoi and surrounding areas.

In the future, in addition to the two aforementioned major roads, the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Area
will also be accessible via the extended Vu Trong Khanh Street, providing convenient and rapid
connections to Thanh Xuan and Ha Dong districts.

Right next to it is the site for the construction of the headquarters of various central ministries and
sectors. Once completed, this area will become the new administrative and economic center of the city,
promoting the development of surrounding infrastructure.

The Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Area also benefits from its proximity to two “sibling” projects: Vinhomes
Greenbay and Vinhomes Smart City. Both of these urban areas feature extensive amenities, large parks,
and lakes, and are connected by Vinbus. The image shows the Vinhomes Smart City.

The structures in the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Function Area include buildings under 5 stories and
towers up to 35, 37, and 39 stories (mixed-use complexes).

Along with detached and semi-detached villas and apartments, the urban area is also planned with various
other structures, serving regular functions such as administrative offices, cultural houses, medical
stations, sports centers, and commercial services.

Currently, the area still contains a lot of trees, agricultural land, and cemeteries, with no signs of
fencing or construction.
