In his resignation letter to the Board of Directors, Mr. Kien committed to handing over all relevant documents, assets, and ongoing tasks to the designated person and providing support during the transition process to ensure the company’s operations remain uninterrupted.

Mr. Kien, born in 1978 in Vinh Phuc province (now Phu Tho province), holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with a major in Enterprise Finance from the National Economics University. He took on the role of General Director of IDV in July 2021, after serving as the Acting General Director, and was also elected to the Board of Directors in January 2024. Prior to that, he was the Director of VPID Ha Nam One-Member Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary of IDV, and Vinh Son Construction and Commerce Joint Stock Company.

In addition to his role at IDV, Mr. Kien currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Song Lo Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and Chairman of Vinh Son Ha Nam One-Member Limited Liability Company. Even after stepping down from the executive position, he will continue as a member of the Board of Directors of IDV.

During the period of 2021-2024, under the leadership of Mr. Phàm Trung Kiên, IDV’s net profit remained stable, ranging from 131 to 158 billion VND per year.
