“North Ninh Authorities Request Police Intervention Regarding Illegal Real Estate Transactions”

According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction, recently, through the work of monitoring and grasping information from the media, reflections from organizations, individuals, and the press. The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province noticed the appearance of a lot of information and personal accounts on social media platforms posting content about urban area projects and housing areas that are incomplete and inaccurate.

Some organizations and individuals show signs of soliciting and enticing people to participate in transactions in urban area projects and housing areas that have not been allocated land, have not completed legal procedures for construction investment, and are not eligible to mobilize capital under the law.

The above-mentioned acts show signs of violating the law on real estate and housing business and related laws; potentially causing misunderstandings, creating real estate bubbles, destabilizing the market, generating disputes, affecting social order and safety, and negatively impacting socio-economic development in the province.

The Bac Ninh Department of Construction advises organizations and people to be vigilant, find out clear information and legal status of the project; do not register, buy and sell, entice, exchange, transfer deposits, or reserve any form for projects that are not eligible for capital mobilization and real estate business according to the law.

In case of detecting organizations and individuals with signs of violation, people should provide relevant documents and information to competent authorities or the Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction for coordination in handling according to regulations.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security should consider strengthening coordination, verification, prevention, and handling in accordance with regulations on acts such as posting inaccurate information, taking advantage of buying and selling, mobilizing capital, and enticing people to participate in real estate transactions when they are not eligible under the law.

People’s Committees of communes and wards in Bac Ninh province should strengthen the propaganda of laws on housing and real estate business; provide information on the legal status and progress of urban area projects and housing areas in the area; monitor, supervise, and timely handle violations or report to competent authorities for handling according to regulations.
