The 76-kilometer Ring Road 3 connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and Dong Nai is being expedited for completion by June 2026. Notably, several sections of the road will be opened to traffic by the end of this year. The most remarkable stretch is the 6.8-kilometer section in the old Long An area.

As observed in August, multiple segments of Ring Road 3 have been asphalted. The bridge construction has reached the beam-launching stage, with dozens of workers and machinery actively working on the site.

Upon completion, this route will catalyze the development of industry, logistics, and real estate. Riding on the wave of improved infrastructure, numerous projects in the old Long An area are rushing to launch.

Most recently, T&T Homes, a member of the T&T Group, held a kick-off ceremony for the T&T City Millennia project, mobilizing over 1,000 sales employees to prepare for the project’s market launch.

As a prominent project of T&T Group in the southern region, T&T City Millennia spans 267 hectares in Can Giuoc District, Tay Ninh Province.

Setting itself apart from other projects still under construction, T&T City Millennia has completed Phase 1, encompassing all townhouses and adjacent units.

Located just 18 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City’s center, the shophouses here, spanning 120 square meters, are expected to be priced between VND 7-8 billion.

Another project in the old Long An area that is gearing up for launch is Vinhomes Green City by Vingroup.

As of August, Vinhomes Green City is taking shape, with many areas having completed foundations and internal roads asphalted. The small-sized townhouses, spanning 60 square meters, are priced at nearly VND 5 billion each.

Located along this axis, Eco Retreat is accelerating the launch of its low-rise units, priced from VND 65-70 million per square meter for adjacent and townhouse units.

With a construction density of less than 20%, the project stands out for its green space and resort-style orientation, attracting significant investor interest.

The largest project in the western region is Waterpoint, spanning 355 hectares. Developed by Nam Long Group, it is located along the Vam Co Dong River.

The shophouses here have been completed and handed over, currently listed for sale at VND 4.6 billion per unit.

A significant beneficiary is Imperia Grand Plaza, developed by MIK Group, located adjacent to Ring Road 3 and directly connected to the mega-urban area of Vinhomes Green City.

After a period of inactivity, this area is now bustling as a consulting hub for Vinhomes Green City. Currently, the selling price of townhouses here ranges from VND 4.5 to 6.5 billion per unit, while ground-floor rental rates are approximately VND 10-15 million per month.

Located about 4 kilometers from the border with Ho Chi Minh City, the Lahome project covers nearly 50 hectares and has a total investment of nearly VND 3,000 billion. It is situated on the frontage of Provincial Road 830, a vital route connecting directly to the Ho Chi Minh City-Trung Luong Expressway, Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway, and Ring Road 3.

The expected price range for Lahome units is VND 5.5 – 7.5 billion per unit.
