On August 15th, representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department announced that they have officially launched a hotline for two deputy heads of the department, in charge of Area 1.

The hotline numbers are as follows: Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga – 0908549199 and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Truong – 0908934599.

Traffic police in Area 1 guide citizens through administrative procedures

This initiative aims to receive feedback from agencies, organizations, and individuals regarding traffic order and safety measures, as well as facilitate the handling of administrative procedures related to the traffic police force in Area 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.

Members of the public and businesses are encouraged to send their feedback via SMS or Zalo to the aforementioned hotline numbers for timely reception and resolution.

The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department – Area 1, which manages the old Binh Duong area comprising 36 wards and communes, is headquartered at 99 Le Hong Phong Extension, Dinh Hoa 1 Ward, Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The two deputy heads in charge are Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Truong.

Additionally, the old Binh Duong area also houses the National Highway 13 Traffic Police Station (99 Le Hong Phong Extension, Dinh Hoa 1 Ward, Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), Traffic Police Team No. 1 (DH 415 Road, Suoi Sau Ward, Bac Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), and the Waterway Traffic Police Team (Phan Boi Chau Street, Ward 6, Thu Dau Mot Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
