The project to build a new road from Nam Dinh to Lac Quan to the coastal road has a total investment of VND 6,400 billion. To date, the whole route has reached 90% progress, and many items are expected to be completed in August 2025. The Project Management Board is completing the procedures for handover, acceptance, and proposing adjustments and supplements to the design according to the actual situation.
At the working session, the leaders of the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province emphasized the importance of these projects, stating that their completion will enhance regional connectivity and better meet the transportation needs of goods and people.
At the same time, these structures will also serve as landmarks in the urban landscape and create a driving force for socio-economic development, contributing to attracting investment and promoting urban development.
To ensure the progress and quality of the projects, the provincial leaders requested that the Project Management Unit closely coordinate with local authorities to expedite land clearance and urge contractors and construction units to accelerate progress while ensuring the quality of the works.
