Most Outstanding Securities Company at the HR Asia Awards

“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is an annual award organized by HR Asia Magazine across 15 countries and territories. In 2025, under the theme “Multi-Generation Synergy,” the HR Asia Awards continues to honor businesses that pioneer in building a multi-generational workplace, prioritizing intergenerational harmony and cohesion.

The award not only recognizes enterprises’ efforts in enhancing the work experience but also underscores the importance of employee voice – a core element in shaping a sustainable corporate culture.

Participating enterprises undergo a rigorous evaluation process based on international standards, including independent research on reputation and work environment, a survey based on the Total Employee Affinity Model (T.E.A.M), and direct interviews between company leaders and experts.

Surpassing over 650 participating enterprises, Rong Viet is one of 119 companies honored this year. To attain the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award in 2025, Rong Viet excelled in the organizing committee’s stringent evaluation criteria, achieving remarkably higher survey scores compared to the market average.

Notably, this is the fourth consecutive year that Rong Viet has received this title, and it is also the most awarded securities company at the HR Asia Awards since its inception in Vietnam in 2018.

Diversity Fuels a Culture of Learning and Innovation

Rong Viet believes that a diverse workforce is the wellspring of creative thinking and fosters a spirit of innovation – a crucial aspect for any enterprise to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in Vietnam’s securities market.

At Rong Viet, the team showcases diversity not only in age but also in mindset, qualifications, expertise, and professional knowledge. The company places a strong emphasis on recruiting, training, and empowering young talent under 30 years old, who currently comprise 40% of the total workforce. Meanwhile, the 35% of employees aged 30-40 form the backbone of the company, bringing solid professional foundations and managerial skills to the table and taking on key roles in the company’s operations.

The remaining 25% are seasoned professionals over 40 years old, entrusted with senior management positions thanks to their extensive experience in finance and investment.

Furthermore, Rong Viet maintains a balanced and equitable gender ratio, with male and female employees accounting for approximately 50-50% of the workforce. With this multi-generational strength, Rong Viet strives for a workforce with diverse perspectives, a passion for learning, knowledge absorption, and experience sharing, contributing unique and innovative ideas to the company’s growth.

Firm Commitment to a “People-Centric” Approach

Rong Viet recognizes that people are pivotal to the sustainable development of a financial-securities enterprise. Thus, in its human resource development strategy, the company focuses on investing in recruitment and training, aiming to build a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and learning-oriented team.

In the first half of 2025 alone, the company conducted 115 training courses covering a diverse range of topics, from professional knowledge and technical skills to management development and new technology applications. Notably, many of these courses were taught by Rong Viet’s own employees, fostering a culture of proactive learning and internal knowledge sharing.

In addition to team development, Rong Viet cultivates a competitive and transparent work environment with clear career progression paths and attractive welfare policies. The company consistently strives to ensure competitive salary and benefit packages, taking care of the material and spiritual well-being of its employees. Rong Viet’s leadership firmly believes that providing a stable and rewarding environment motivates employees to wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to the company’s growth and fosters long-term commitment.

Beyond standard welfare practices such as salaries, insurance, and team-building activities, Rong Viet offers employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) and allocates a portion of post-tax profits to the Reward and Welfare Fund. These initiatives not only motivate and recognize employees’ contributions but also help retain top talent.
