First up, we have the Component Project 1, investing in the construction of the North-South West Highway from Gia Nghĩa to Chơn Thành. This project is undertaken through a public-private partnership (PPP) with the Vingroup – Techtra Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company as the investor. The total investment for this project is nearly VND 20 trillion, with over VND 12 trillion coming from the investor, excluding loan interest, and the remaining VND 6.8 trillion from the state. The preparation and implementation period is from 2025 to 2027, with a maximum capital recovery period of 29 years and 8 months.
Techtra Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company was established in March 2025, headquartered in Dong Nai province. Its main business is the construction of road works. The founding members include Ms. Bui Nu Huyen My contributing 5%, Mr. Hoang The Cuong 90%, and Ms. Nguyen Thi My Tram 5%. Nearly two months after its establishment, the charter capital was increased from VND 1 billion to nearly VND 1,700 billion. Mr. Cuong is currently the director and legal representative. |
Overall, the Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành highway has a total length of about 124.13km (with a 23.1km section in Lam Dong province and a 101.03km section in Dong Nai province). The roads under this project are designed for a completed phase of 6 lanes, with a road width of 32.25m and a design speed of 120km/h. In the investment phase, the project will be built with a scale of 4 completed highway lanes, with a road width of 24.75m. The total investment is over VND 25.8 trillion.

Next is the expansion project of the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, a 22km section from Vanh Dai 2 (Ho Chi Minh City) to Vanh Dai 3 (Dong Nai province), invested by Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), with a total investment of nearly VND 16,300 billion. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The expansion of this expressway is an urgent requirement as the Long Thanh International Airport is preparing to come into operation.
In terms of project scale, the section from Vanh Dai 2 to Vanh Dai 3, with a length of 4.8km, will be expanded from 4 to 8 lanes, and the section from Vanh Dai 3 to the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway intersection, with a length of 14.7km, will be expanded from 4 lanes to 10 lanes, excluding the Long Thanh Bridge.
The Long Thanh Bridge, with a length of 2.3km, will have a new single bridge with 5 completed lanes on the route, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with the remaining items to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
The expanded route will have 5 interconnected intersections, 1 direct intersection, and 11 bridges, including 1 overpass, 2 overpasses at intersections, and 8 overpasses across the river.

Third is the Dau Giay – Tan Phu Highway Construction Investment Project (Phase 1). The Dau Giay – Tan Phu Highway is the first section of the Dau Giay – Lien Khương Highway, with a length of over 60km. The starting point is at Km0+000, in the area of the intersection with National Highway 1, connecting with the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, belonging to Dầu Giây commune; the endpoint is at Km60+243.83 (end of the intersection with National Highway 20), connecting with the Tan Phu – Bao Loc Highway project, belonging to Phu Lam commune.
The project is invested through a PPP (Public-Private Partnership) – Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract with a total investment of nearly VND 8,500 billion. The highway is designed to Grade 100 standards, with a design speed of 100km/h and a scale of 4 lanes…
Phase 1 will have a road width of 17m, and at locations with soft soil treatment, excavated and filled high roadbeds, inter-connected intersections, emergency stopping bays, and bridges along the route, will be invested according to the completed phase scale with a road width of nearly 25m. The construction period is expected to be 24 months.
