On the morning of August 19, 2025, the inauguration and launch of Saigon Marina International Financial Centre (Saigon Marina IFC) took place at 02 Ton Duc Thang, Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is one of the 80 key projects inaugurated and commenced to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025). It also marks the beginning of the process of building an International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

Saigon Marina IFC stands at 55 stories tall with 5 basement levels, covering a total area of over 106,000 square meters. Of this, 87,000 square meters are dedicated to Class A offices, while the remaining area accommodates a commercial center, restaurants, and premium amenities. It is one of the three tallest towers in Vietnam, LEED Gold-certified, with over 30% of its area allocated for green spaces.

A notable feature of the project is the full-facade LED system combined with a musical water square, creating a symbol of modern urbanism. With its prime location, Saigon Marina IFC becomes a destination for international corporations, financial institutions, conference centers, and consulates. Developed and operated by Keppel (Singapore), the project aims for a vibrant Financial-Commercial ecosystem in the city center.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc: Saigon Marina IFC marks a significant step forward for the International Financial Center, a key driver of Vietnam’s new-phase economy.

At the event, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc shared his thoughts on Saigon Marina IFC’s mission to become a hub for intelligence, financial resources, and technology. It will serve as the headquarters for financial institutions and multinational corporations and be a source of inspiration for initiatives, entrepreneurial aspirations, and ideas that deeply connect Vietnam to the global economic flow.

Saigon Marina IFC is not just a monumental project for the city but also signifies a crucial step in the journey to establish Ho Chi Minh City as an international financial center – a pivotal force for Vietnam’s economy in its new phase of development. “This is a vivid testament to the determination of the Party, State, and Government, along with the spirit of companionship, creativity, and dedication of the business community,” the Deputy Prime Minister remarked. He also expressed his belief that Saigon Marina IFC will become a symbol of integration and Saigon’s new pulse, contributing to the city’s standing alongside major financial centers in the region and worldwide.
