The Detech Complex, a mixed-use development project, is set to rise on a plot of over 5,300 sq. m, boasting 32 floors above ground and four basement levels, with a total floor area of over 91,600 sq. m. Designed to LEED Gold green building standards, the project is expected to become a new landmark for Class A offices in the western region of the capital city, offering a modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly workspace.

Designed by renowned architect Chris Boss, in collaboration with consulting architects Nguyen Tien Thuan and Ngo Doan Duc from the Detech Corporation, the Detech Complex draws inspiration from a unique blend of modern European styles and Vietnamese nature, notably the beauty of Son Doong Cave, resulting in a structure that showcases a distinct architectural identity.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dao Van Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Detech Corporation, shared, “With the Detech Complex, we aim to construct a modern and intelligent building with a striking design that will become a landmark in Hanoi, meeting international standards and expectations.”

During the event, the Detech Corporation’s leadership team expressed their gratitude and commitment to partnering with reputable and leading construction companies in Vietnam, including the Delta Construction Corporation, the architectural design consortium of Lava & Inros Lackner, IBST, and Golden Earth, among others.
