The Ninh Binh Market Management Bureau, in collaboration with the provincial police, inspected and discovered a clothing workshop with indications of counterfeiting activities in Dong Mai village, Khanh Hai commune, Yen Khanh district.
The facility, owned by Ms. Pham Thi Mung, was found to be producing and trading counterfeit fashion items, infringing on famous global brands.
Upon inspection, authorities seized over 1,000 pieces of clothing suspected of violating intellectual property rights. Additionally, the workshop contained 54,000 accessories and labels bearing signs of counterfeiting these renowned brands, along with 40 rolls of fabric totaling approximately two tons, of foreign origin but lacking valid invoices or documentation as required by law.

Notably, Ms. Mung failed to present the required business registration documents as mandated by law. All goods, machinery, and related materials have been confiscated for further investigation and legal proceedings.
