“LPBank to Close 25 Postal Bank Transaction Offices Across Vietnam”

Joint Stock Commercial Bank Lộc Phát (LPBank – Code: LPB) has just announced a resolution of its Board of Directors to terminate the operation of 25 postal bank transaction offices (PGDBĐ) in 9 provinces and cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa, Hai Phong, Dak Lak, Bac Ninh, Gia Lai, Can Tho, and Lam Dong.

According to LPBank’s announcement, the list of transaction offices in the affected provinces and cities includes: Hai Phong with 5 branches (Ngoc Chau, Le Chan, Ngo Quyen, Nguyen Binh Khiem, and Cho Huong); Dong Nai with 6 branches (Tam Phuoc, Ho Nai, Quang Vinh, Phuoc Binh, Minh Hung 2, and Bu Gia Map); Ho Chi Minh City with 3 branches (KCN My Phuoc 3, Song Than, and Tan Phuoc Khanh); Gia Lai with 3 branches (He I, Thap Doi, and Bong Son); Khanh Hoa with 3 branches (Van Thanh, Le Thanh Ton, and Binh Tan); Lam Dong with 2 branches (Le Hong Phong and Tran Phu); Dak Lak with the Phu Lam Postal Bank Transaction Office; Bac Ninh with the KCN Tien Son Postal Bank Transaction Office; and Can Tho with the Mau Than Postal Bank Transaction Office.

As per the reviewed semi-annual financial statement, as of June 30, 2025, LPBank’s network comprised 1 head office, 3 representative offices, 85 branches, 481 transaction offices, and 512 operational postal bank transaction offices across provinces and cities nationwide.

With this extensive network, LPBank is the private bank with the most transaction offices in Vietnam.
