On May 22nd, the People’s Committee of Hanoi issued Decision No. 2567/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the Tay Ho district’s land use plan for 2025.

Accordingly, Hanoi adjusted and supplemented the Tay Ho district’s land use plan for 2025, which was previously approved under Decision No. 119/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025. Specifically:

Seventeen projects or constructions were adjusted and supplemented, totaling an area of approximately 46.84 hectares. These include new projects for 2025 such as the construction of Tu Lien Bridge, the supplementary water supply project for West Lake from the West Lake wastewater treatment plant to Sen Lake, the restoration of the Duc Thanh Temple, the Nghia Dung Temple, and the Nghi Tam Communal House, the site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure for the protection area of the Tay Ho Pagoda, and the construction of housing for the armed forces of the People’s Police in the X1 area of Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district.

The decision also adjusted the content regarding the number of projects and their total area in the land use plan. The adjusted content now reads: “The list of projects and constructions in the 2025 land use plan includes 98 projects, with a total area of approximately 426.55 hectares,” instead of the previous “89 projects with a total area of 384.92 hectares.”

Other contents of the Tay Ho district’s 2025 land use plan remain unchanged and are still implemented according to Decision No. 119 issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee at the beginning of the year.

Six projects were added to the Ha Dong district’s 2025 land use plan, including the new urban areas of Thanh Ha A and Thanh Ha B developed by Cienco 5, a new middle school in Ha Dong district, housing for the armed forces of the People’s Police in Duong Noi ward, the Kien Hung resettlement area, and the Ha Cau residential area, with a total land area of 8.07 hectares.
