Hanoi Metro shared that during the peak period of the National Day holiday from August 21 to September 2, the two urban railway lines of Hanoi Metro, Cat Linh – Ha Dong and Nhon – Hanoi Station, transported nearly 1.8 million passengers.

From August 30 to September 2, Hanoi Metro offered free rides to nearly 690,000 passengers (over 468,000 on the 2A Cat Linh – Ha Dong line and more than 217,000 on the 3.1 Nhon – Hanoi Station line). On September 1, the 2A Cat Linh – Ha Dong line set a new record by transporting over 165,000 passengers, the highest daily volume to date.
Hanoi Metro also shared that during this period, they collaborated with partners such as Grab, VietABank, Coca-Cola, Banh mi Pho, Bao Ngoc, and the Vietnam Red Cross Society, as well as the Hanoi Red Cross Society, to distribute nearly 40,000 free bottles of water and over 2,000 bread and pastry packs to passengers.
