“Danang to Auction Off Two Prime Land Plots with a Starting Bid of Over VND 1 Trillion”

Specifically, Lot A1 of the Bach Dang Dong end-line resettlement area project in Son Tra ward has an area of 11,371 m2 and is located adjacent to major roads such as Bui Duong Lich to the north, Le Van Duyet to the south, and Ho Han Thuong to the west. Lot A1 is also next to Lot A2 on the east side.

The starting price is nearly VND 38.9 million/m2, equivalent to a total starting value of over VND 442 billion.

The second focal point is Lot A1-1, located on Vo Van Kiet street, An Hai ward, with an area of over 4,027 m2. This lot is directly connected to the Dragon Bridge and My Khe beach, with a starting price of over VND 153.3 million/m2, equivalent to a total starting value of nearly VND 618 billion.

Both lots will be leased with a one-time land rent payment for the entire lease term of 50 years from the date of the land lease decision.

The auction is expected to take place on September 29, 2025.

Notably, the eligible participants for the auction of Lot A1 include organizations and individuals (except overseas Vietnamese and economic organizations with foreign investment) who are eligible to rent land as specified in Article 120 of the 2024 Land Law.

For Lot A1-1, eligible participants include organizations and individuals eligible for land allocation and land lease as specified in Articles 119 and 120 of the 2024 Land Law.
