Eligible buyers include revolutionary contributors, family members of martyrs, low-income households, low-income earners in urban areas, workers and employees of businesses, cooperatives, and unions inside and outside industrial parks; military officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers of the people’s armed forces, police officers, civil servants, defense officials, and public employees.

The application period runs from June 30 to July 22, 2025, at Duc Manh Joint Stock Company (257 Hung Vuong, Thac Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District).

According to the price list provided by the Department of Construction, the cheapest apartment is priced at over VND 821 million for a 50m2 unit, while the most expensive one is nearly VND 1.095 billion for a 66.2m2 unit.
