Mr. Truong Gia Binh shared his perspective at the ceremony announcing the “Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy” model and the inauguration of the Executive Council and Key Personnel of the Committees organized by Committee IV on September 11th in Hanoi.

At the event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh expressed that we are witnessing a new geopolitical landscape, and Vietnam is a safe destination. Vietnam is a special nation that has thrice defeated the Mongol armies and repeatedly unified the country through its resilient will. Whenever the country faces a challenging turning point, the spirit and intellect of the Vietnamese shine through.
“I believe that never before has the will of the Party, the Government, and the State been so strongly aligned with the national will. The General Secretary stood before the people and declared: Vietnam will be strong and prosperous. I think this is our nation’s destiny. Today’s event can be considered a new ‘Binh Than Conference.’ If previously, businesses had to face difficulties alone, now the challenges faced by businesses are also the challenges of the nation,” said Mr. Truong Gia Binh.

According to him, the private sector’s goals are focused on three numbers: 20/200/2000, representing 20 national projects, 200 national enterprises, and the engagement of 2,000 intellectuals and entrepreneurs from Vietnam and abroad.
“We will rely on each other – layer by layer, not only within the country but also with global talents. You will accompany us, in one way or another,” affirmed Mr. Binh.
The Private Economic Development Research Committee (Committee IV) stated that during their working session with Committee IV, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the “Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy” model must be implemented substantially and effectively, mobilizing the comprehensive strength of the private sector to realize Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
Committee IV organized the ceremony to announce the “Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy” model and introduce the Executive Council and Key Personnel of the Committees within the framework of the 1st Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy Program.
What sets the Panorama of the Private Economy model apart from many other programs is that it is the largest, most prestigious, and well-organized assembly of private enterprises. The model will operate continuously over the years, not as a self-interest group but with the responsibility to design and implement comprehensive solutions for the development of the economy and each industry and sector.
This is an important step to elaborate on the objectives, values, and operating methods of the model, leading up to the 1st Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy event, a significant event of the model expected to take place on October 10, 2025, in Hanoi, coinciding with Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day.
Following the Panorama of the Vietnamese Private Economy in October, the Committees and working groups under the model will continue their annual and continuous activities to design policies and solutions, working alongside the Government, ministries, and localities to realize the goal of “Public-Private Partnership: Strength and Prosperity.”
