Proposed Project in Bac Ninh

The People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province is organizing the appraisal and approval of the investment policy for the Ngoi Con Ten New Urban Area and the Regional Medical and Sports Complex in Bac Ninh Province’s Sub-zone 2. Local authorities have submitted the investment policy proposal and requested the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to provide opinions on matters related to national defense and security, as required.

The project will be implemented in Chi Lang and Tan Chi communes, with a total investment of approximately VND 31.6 trillion (equivalent to USD 1.2 billion) and a total land area of about 712 hectares.

The planned components include a 40,000-seat central stadium, high-rise and low-rise residential areas, cultural, medical, educational, and commercial facilities, parking lots, and tourism infrastructure. The real estate products will be sold, leased, or lease-purchased to domestic and international organizations and individuals.

The project will be executed over 10 years, divided into two phases. T&T Group Corporation, led by Chairman Do Quang Hien, is the project proposer.

Two Urban Area Projects Proposed in Hanoi’s Outskirts

Earlier in September, T&T Group, chaired by Mr. Do Quang Hien, also proposed the development of two eco-urban areas in Phu Tho Commune, Hanoi.

Specifically, the leadership of Phu Tho Commune recently met with representatives of T&T Group Corporation and related units to discuss the implementation plan for the Phu Tho Service Urban Area project and the Phu Hoa Eco-Urban Area project.

During the meeting, representatives of T&T Group Corporation and the consulting unit provided a preliminary report on the objectives, scale, and planning orientation, along with architectural and technical infrastructure options, and the expected economic, social, and environmental impacts of the two projects.

These contents were developed based on leveraging the local potential and advantages, in line with the overall development plan and the goal of improving residents’ living standards.

At the meeting, the leaders of Phu Tho Commune requested the unit to further clarify issues related to the project’s feasibility, land clearance plan, and the synchronization of technical and social infrastructure.

Phu Tho Commune was established on July 1, following the merger of six communes and towns: Tich Loc, Trach My Loc, Phu Hoa, Phung Thuong, Long Thuong, and Phu Tho Town.

The commune covers an area of nearly 40 square kilometers, with a population of over 75,000, and its headquarters is located at the former Phu Tho District People’s Committee.

Situated about 30 kilometers from the capital’s center, Phu Tho Commune benefits from its proximity to National Highway 32 and various regional and satellite urban area connections. This advantageous location facilitates the development of eco-agriculture, clean industry, and high-quality services linked to civilized urbanization.

Series of Major Projects Proposed in Ca Mau

Ca Mau Province leaders present gifts to T&T Group leaders at the meeting.

On August 28, in Hanoi, the leadership of Ca Mau Province met with T&T Group leaders to discuss investment research and trade promotion opportunities to boost Ca Mau’s socio-economic development.

Recognizing the strengths and potential of Ca Mau Province, T&T Group proposed researching investments in several strategically groundbreaking projects. These proposals were highly appreciated and agreed upon by the provincial People’s Committee leaders.

Specifically, in the real estate sector, T&T Group proposed researching investments in the Hon Khoai island cluster, envisioning the development of a City Port model similar to Rotterdam, Netherlands. City Port is an urban type where formation, development, and socio-economic characteristics are closely tied to seaport activities.

At Ca Mau Airport, T&T Group proposed researching the development of an airport urban area following the successful model of Changi Airport in Singapore. With the airport as the core, surrounding areas will be planned as vibrant economic, financial, commercial, tourism, and entertainment complexes.

Additionally, the enterprise of businessman Do Quang Hien proposed researching investments in industrial and logistics zones in the Nam Can Economic Zone.

Project Proposed in Quang Tri

Perspective of Quang Tri Airport.

In late July, in Quang Tri, representatives of T&T Group and Capital A met with provincial leaders to propose investing in the Aerospace Industrial Complex and Airport Urban Area. This includes components such as an air transport and logistics center, aircraft assembly, maintenance, and repair facilities, an aerospace research, training, and testing center, and mixed-use urban and commercial service areas.

After hearing the proposals from Capital A and T&T Group for the Aerospace Industrial Complex and Airport Urban Area, the leaders of Quang Tri Province’s People’s Committee affirmed that the complex aligns with the province’s strategic investment attraction policy and the orientation to form functional zones in the adjusted master plan for the Southeast Quang Tri Economic Zone.

The Quang Tri Province People’s Committee committed to accompanying and providing maximum support to the joint venture investors during the survey, research, proposal, and project implementation process. The province will establish a special working group directly led by the People’s Committee leaders to promptly address legal, planning, land, and technical infrastructure challenges, ensuring favorable conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule.

Launch of Major Project in Southern Ho Chi Minh City

T&T City Millennia Project.

In addition to the proposed projects, Chairman Hien recently launched the T&T City Millennia project, located in the former Long An Province (now Tay Ninh Province). The 267-hectare project was introduced to the market through the grand concert “Reviving Heritage – Embracing the New Era,” which attracted tens of thousands of attendees.

During the event, T&T Group officially inaugurated two landmark features of the T&T City Millennia urban area: the Millennia Journey pedestrian street and the River of Light. Both features were recognized as national records by the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings).

Specifically, the Millennia Journey pedestrian street, inspired by Marco Polo’s Eastern exploration voyage, features the most diverse themed experience stops within an urban area.

The River of Light, the longest integrated mist-spraying and audio-visual technology waterway in an urban area, also set a national record.

Subsequently, on August 14, T&T’s townhouses and villas officially entered the market with a project kick-off event attended by over 1,200 sales professionals. The completed and ready-to-handover townhouses are priced from VND 54 million per square meter for a 100-square-meter area.
