Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extends his congratulations and heartfelt appreciation to investors, project management boards, consulting units, contractors, and the tens of thousands of engineers and workers tirelessly laboring on national key projects across the country.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed Telegram No. 164/CĐ-TTg, commending investors, project management boards, consulting units, and contractors involved in national key projects.

The telegram highlights that over the years, the Party and State have allocated significant resources to develop infrastructure, including highways, airports, seaports, inland waterways, railways, and energy systems.

The nation’s transportation infrastructure has seen remarkable improvements, with 2,476 km of highways completed, modern airports like Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Phu Bai, and Dien Bien, seaport systems such as Lach Huyen and Cai Mep – Thi Vai, and urban railway projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. These achievements have significantly contributed to the country’s overall development.

In the spirit of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulates and commends investors, project management boards, consulting units, contractors, and the tens of thousands of engineers and workers dedicated to national key projects.

“Even during the National Day holiday, thousands of workers are operating in ‘three shifts, four teams,’ working through holidays and Tet at various sites: the North-South Expressway (sections Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon, Can Tho – Hau Giang, Hau Giang – Ca Mau); highways such as Huu Nghi – Chi Lang, Dong Dang – Tra Linh, Chau Doc – Can Tho – Soc Trang; major urban projects like Ring Road 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, An Phu Intersection, and the Nhon – Hanoi Railway Station metro; Long Thanh International Airport; and energy projects in the South,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

This demonstrates the commitment to “work day and night, complete tasks thoroughly, ensure quality, and meet deadlines,” overcoming challenges to achieve the 2025 goals: completing over 3,000 km of highways, 1,700 km of coastal roads, and key projects like Long Thanh International Airport.

These achievements significantly enhance infrastructure, drive socio-economic growth, improve livelihoods, and foster a vibrant spirit in celebration of the 80th National Day.

The Prime Minister urges continued dedication, innovation, and efficiency, with a focus on speed, boldness, and results. He stresses the importance of completing projects by December 19, 2025, ensuring quality, safety, environmental standards, and transparency.

“Leaders of agencies and units must directly oversee, inspect, and take full responsibility for project outcomes. Ministries, sectors, and localities should promptly address challenges, particularly land clearance and material supply, to avoid delays,” the Prime Minister concluded.
