On September 20, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, MoMo and Chubb Life Insurance Vietnam Company Limited (Chubb Life Vietnam) launched MoMoCare | Health+ Insurance.
This strategic move aims to fully digitize the insurance experience, transforming a complex financial product into a simple, transparent, and accessible solution for the masses.
The product’s standout feature is its streamlined process. Instead of cumbersome paperwork and medical exams, MoMo users need only answer two simple health questions to complete registration in just two minutes.
The entire process—from purchase and contract management to claims submission—is conducted 100% online via the app.
The policy offers protection against 37 common critical illnesses, including cancer, stroke, and cardiovascular diseases, with coverage up to VND 5 billion per year for the first contract. Notably, there’s no limit on the number of claims per year.
With flexible monthly or annual payment options, the product targets young customers, freelancers, and first-time insurance buyers.

During the initial phase until the end of 2025, MoMo’s Post-Paid Wallet users will be the first to access the product with a free 3-month trial.
