In its latest announcement, NET Detergent Joint Stock Company (stock code: NET) has declared October 2, 2025, as the final registration date for shareholders to receive the 2024 cash dividend. The payout ratio is set at 65%, equivalent to VND 6,500 per share.
With over 22 million outstanding shares, NET is expected to disburse nearly VND 146 billion in dividends. The payment is scheduled to commence from October 15, 2025.
This marks the highest dividend payout in the company’s history, aligning with the plan approved at the Annual General Meeting. The substantial dividend is underpinned by robust 2024 financial performance. Despite a 9% decline in net revenue to VND 1,653 billion compared to the previous year, net profit after tax reached a record high of nearly VND 207 billion, reflecting a 16% year-on-year growth and surpassing the target by 48%. NET attributes this success to cost optimization, intensified marketing efforts, and enhanced sales efficiency.
For 2025, NET’s management has adopted a cautious approach by outlining two business scenarios. In the optimistic scenario, revenue is projected at VND 1,900 billion, a 15% increase from 2024, with net profit after tax slightly declining by 3% to VND 200 billion. The conservative scenario targets revenue of VND 1,780 billion (up 8%) and net profit after tax of VND 160 billion, a 23% decrease.
In the first half of 2025, the company’s pre-tax profit stood at VND 102 billion, down 15.3% from VND 120.5 billion in the same period of 2024.
On the stock market, NET shares closed at VND 83,600 per share on September 19.
