Renowned universities such as the National Economics University, University of Construction, University of Transport, and Bach Mai University of Medicine and Pharmacy have been in discussions with Ha Nam province to establish their second campuses here, taking advantage of the ample land resources and modern infrastructure. “We have allocated significant resources to invest in transportation infrastructure connecting industrial parks, tourist areas, and the Nam Cao University Complex to the national infrastructure network,” said Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Ha Nam. “We also support prominent universities in Hanoi to establish their second campuses in Ha Nam province. Students will benefit from an excellent learning environment, practical training facilities, and recreational areas for a well-rounded education and sports development,” he added.
