Based on this inspection, they should propose specific solutions to ensure efficient utilization, prevent waste, misuse, and ensure environmental hygiene and safety, maintaining the city’s landscape.

Regarding social infrastructure in the fields of education, culture, healthcare, sports, and public commercial services, the People’s Committee of the district, Thu Duc city, is responsible for overseeing the receipt of handover dossiers for the system of social infrastructure works in housing and urban area investment projects within their managed jurisdiction.

Strict management is to be enforced in the preparation and appraisal of technical and social infrastructure works in construction planning designs; enhanced coordination with relevant departments is necessary in construction planning management and construction order management.

Strengthen the monitoring of the financial capacity of investors and construction units; regularly detect risks during project implementation and coordinate with relevant agencies to take timely measures.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to coordinate with relevant departments to urge investors to fulfill their financial obligations. They should also study legal regulations and promptly guide investors to fulfill their supplementary financial obligations as prescribed.

The Construction Department shall issue guidance documents and recommendations to enhance the quality of preparation and appraisal of technical and social infrastructure works in construction planning designs, ensuring unity and synchronization in construction investment management and construction quality inspection.
