What remarkable achievements has the AB InBev Vietnam brewery accomplished in the past decade, Mr. [Last Name]?
Since its establishment (05/21/2015), the AB InBev Vietnam brewery (located in VSIP II-A Binh Duong) has become one of the 55 most advanced breweries producing Budweiser globally. With such a favorable start, we have continuously innovated and improved strongly with each step. We successfully operated and developed a model Budweiser brewery for the entire Southeast Asian region with superior and authentic quality.

Compared to over 60 Budweiser-producing breweries in the AB InBev global system, VSIP II-A Binh Duong is still a young brewery. What were the strategic investments behind the significant achievements over these 10 years?
Nearly 20 years ago, VSIP II-A Binh Duong marked the beginning of a bold dream for AB InBev in Southeast Asia. The brewery was invested with up to $238 million, featuring the world’s leading automated production lines. Notably, it includes Braumat, Siemens’ specialized beer production process control platform, ensuring strict supervision throughout the brewery’s production chain. To date, the AB InBev brewery in VSIP II-A Binh Duong is also the only Budweiser brewery in Southeast Asia, serving domestic consumption and supplying to seven other Asian markets.
Aside from the substantial investment strategy from the corporation, what else has significantly contributed to the remarkable progress of the AB InBev Vietnam brewery over the past ten continuous years?
We are proud to have an effective, 99%-Vietnamese workforce that is highly skilled, professionally managed, and consistent in operating every production stage, imbued with the distinctive AB InBev culture – “For a future with more joy.”

By encouraging the “We are the owners” mindset, we empower and entrust each member at the AB InBev Vietnam brewery to take ownership and act with initiative and responsibility as if they were the brewery owners themselves.
Over the past ten years, especially the last five (2020-2025), unprecedented global socio-economic changes have forced corporations and businesses to adapt. How has Budweiser’s spirit of steadfastness and non-compromise been actualized?
One of the most profound impressions Vietnam and its people have left on me is their resilience. The more they are challenged, the more tenaciously and flexibly they respond, turning crises into opportunities. The Covid-19 pandemic is a prime example. During the 2020-2022 period, even with only half of our workforce, we maintained 100% capacity and quality standards. It was during this challenging time that we decided to increase our capacity. In just under three years, the AB InBev Vietnam brewery has doubled its capacity.
Having excelled in the first ten years, what is the brewery’s next “Big Dream” for the following decade, Mr. [Last Name]?
The AB InBev Vietnam brewery has become and will continue striving to be among the most modern Budweiser breweries in the system, renowned for its exemplary beer quality. Our specific goals for 2025 are to attain the title of Global Standard Brewery (ABI World Class Level) and rank among the Top 3 Budweiser breweries globally. We also aim to achieve below 2 liters of water consumption per liter of beer by the end of this year.
Besides impressive beer quality and production capacity, what other notable achievements has the AB InBev brewery, and the corporation in Vietnam, accomplished in the past ten years regarding sustainable development and social contributions, Mr. [Last Name]?
At AB InBev Vietnam, initiatives and actions for clean water have been promoted for many years, notably providing clean water to 300 households in Dinh Quan, Dong Nai, in 2023. We consistently implement activities and campaigns to conserve energy, reduce emissions, and target net-zero emissions across our supply chain by 2040.
In 2025, “Cheers to Nature” will be a key program for AB InBev in Southeast Asia, raising employees’ awareness of the vital role of clean water in life and production, especially in the beer industry, where water is the foundation of both flavor and the enjoyment experience.
