On June 6, Mr. Huynh Phong Phu, owner of Phu Vinh Lottery Agency in Tra Vinh Province, shared that he had just brought VND 7.2 billion to Sa Dec City, Dong Thap Province, to redeem four jackpot-winning tickets for a local resident.

“The lottery winner recounted that on June 5, he came across a lottery ticket seller at the market who had four remaining tickets with the number sequence 569897 from An Giang Province’s sole member limited liability company, Xoso Kien Thiet. He purchased them immediately, and lo and behold, later that afternoon, he discovered he had won the jackpot,” Mr. Phu recounted.
Upon seeing on Facebook that Phu Vinh Agency redeems winning tickets, the winner gave them a call. On the evening of June 5, Mr. Phu brought the money to the winner’s house to redeem the tickets.
According to Mr. Phu, each jackpot-winning ticket, after tax deductions, was redeemed for VND 1.8 billion. When Mr. Phu arrived at the winner’s house with the money, many of their relatives and loved ones had gathered to offer their congratulations.
